cheating quitting sandbagging , all those things are encouraged in this game, in fact i was recently banned for 3 days, turned out to be nearly 7 days for calling out quitters on my profile page,  wgt has nothing against this practice, . i would guess it best to find a method to cheat and do your best at being dishonest. as honesty has no place in this game.

    Cheating isn't the only issue.

The consistency of the meter is the biggest problem for those of us who play without cheating.

What is with the chipping?  I can hit it perfect and still end up chunking it.  In real golf if you have any idea how you want to play the shot and you execute to about 70%, you stand a good chance of having a gimme one way or the other.

Mainiack must be applauded. When you meet a Master with an average score of over 76, you can be sure this is an honest person who records all their rounds, without quitting a bad round. When you meet a Master with an average score of 65, you never really know if that's the habitual level of play of this person or whether they just quit 9 out of 10 rounds they enter, so that their 65 "average" really is composed only out of their exceptionally good rounds...
