I've been thinking about this for a while now, and it seems to me that whenever you hit an outstanding shot (hole in one, double eagle, a really long eagle putt, or hole a long approach shot, say over 150 yards) you should be able to take that ball and place it in a "trophy case". AND get a free replacement ball of the same type. Of course, WGT could determine what is "trophy case worthy".
I don't think it would be that hard to implement. Instead of losing a ball, WGT could add a brand new one to your inventory while 'retiring' your "special ball" which would be displayed in your Ball Of Fame trophy case on your Profile page.
Is there anyone else out there that thinks this idea is a good one? I floated it by another player, and she loved the idea!
