I figured the extended access to both whistler and cabo were a mistake.
I run a restaurant, and if i made a mistake giving out free pastry at breakfast, I would certainly notice it when i got my first bill from my supplying contractor,not 2 and 1/2 months after the offer was supposed to end
Is this a reflection on how WGT is managed, if so it certainly is easy to see how a once FIRST RATE SITE, has suddenly slid down hill.
Maybe its all the "irons" in the fire trying to expand into new markets, or just complacency on the part of management/ownership of WGT, but the quality of the site severely suffers now from what it was just 90 days ago.Frustration is the most common thing I see among wgt'ers now days.
Hopefully,the "invite" problem will be resolved quickly, (your customer satisfaction rating is plummeting I'm sure because of just this one issue.) It should be made a priority! I'm sure if its not taken care of soon you wil lstart loosing players right and left when we come to the summer season, and your servers start kicking everyone off because the load is too great for them in the summertime heat,(a just like last year and the year before),Hmmmm Possibly another customer satisfaction issue on the horrizon, wow better get on that one too .
Don't get me wrong I like this site, and enjoy playing here. With all the features it makes the game a lot of fun, but due to the above issues it does have many of us Thinking of other places we may want to spend our hard earned money, like maybe hitting the real links a few more times a month for instead of spending it here.
Just a few thoughts, for your consideration, and now i feel better that i have vented lol.
