Recently at Southern England Links the club members helped Pipala raise over £2000 for a charity close to his heart. He packed himself with a weight of 24kg and climbed the highest mountain in his homeland Wales.

He has therefore pledged 10,000 credits for a tournament due to start very soon. The draw for that tournament is live tonight on our proboards shoutbox (live chat)

    54 players signed up.

    18 teams of 3

Top 18 ranked in pot 1, next 18 in pot 2 and next 18 in pot 3

One player each from pot 1, pot 2 and pot 3

    Prizes pledged.

    Pipala : 10, 000

    Ranger1988 : 6,000 credits

    Tdotdoba : 4,000 credits

21 members pledged a sleeve worth 750 credits and one has pledged the same for a CTTH.

    So thats.....................................36, 500 credits.

With the above comp it will mean lower tiered players will also have a chance to win. Prizes wont be just paid to winning team of 3 but filtered down as always.

In truth we do that almost every time we run some of our competitions.

All year round members run comps and the generosity of our members never ceases to amaze me, as lots of sleeves or credits are pledged the year round. Those top players who do generally win are the ones who pledge it away for competitions further down the road.

Family atmosphere here, our proboards is always buzzing so if you would like to be a part of this then just contact me and as long as you are an active player and a good egg, then you are in.

We are a very active club, with over 100 members playing a lot of our events. We work hard here creating a fun environment and all we ask is you do use forum and you play 2 or 3 games a week out of our numerous comps.

Very nice board/forum set-up Bubbs. Best I've seen so far, and probably better than this one, lol. :-)

Bookmarked it for later when I have time to take a longer peek.

    Good job.
