  Well I move the aimer a yard or two to the left of the hole and attempt to ding it.

  you have centre ding line......then the line left of it and line right of it. I hit the line left of the centre ding...which sets it on a straight line......all you have to do is adjust for the wind....which shouldn't be too much unless it's a really high cross wind.

  if you want the max yardage out of the flop....say for a tricky uphill green......i use same method Piz mentions above to get more roll out.

  aim it a yard left and either hit the ding or just a tad before the ding it works for me hope this helps todman

  Use the Ping compound bow.  Helps if your ball has feathers and a sharp point.

  Problem is if you purposely hit left it is considered by the WGT

  algorithm as a "Mishit."  So it will force a bad shot every once in

  a while because it thought you made a mistake, which is

  controlled by the forgiveness stat.  And the big problem is that

  there are no wedges that have above 3 dots on the forgiveness

  stat.  What has worked better for me is to play the

  flop shot like in regular golf and aim the club left of the target

  5*, then a DING hit gets the flop shot moving straight to the pin.
