As an overseas player you are going to run into the occasional day or two where things are generally operating slower than they normally do. This can be due to high latency or simply a large amount of "hops" (points which your data travels through on the way to our servers) and performance can vary from day to day.
If it's not an intermittent problem and the it's dragging for you constantly then I would recommend checking out this post and performing the steps to clear out Flash Player and Browser caches as corrupt cache files can cause a slowdown as well.
