What's really bad is that they want all your personal info and then disqualifies you. Their very first question should be the qualifing question, not after you have waisted 10 min. of your time and/or give out all your info. I'm very curious if anyone really qualifies for these. I think they get the answers they are looking for then tell you you're not qulified so they don't have to give you your credits.
