  I have been kicked out of several match play games recently (not due to any problems on my end) and have lost over 700 credits do TO disqualification. Why does the game kick me out and say sorry for the problem reconnect later and count it as me disconnecting? I feel like im being ripped off, and I want my credits back!

  hi

  when it says there is a problem, then it's something. usually it means an issue in internet connection, between you and the game. it could be somewhere deeper from your ISP or wifi glitch if you are using it or something else.

  You should be able to hit f5 and reload the game. 

  I would also clear cookies/temp files for both flash and browser to make sure it's not some corruption that's messing it up.
