In club competitions, if "random" is selected for course conditions, will each member play the comp to their tier level ?..... or does it simply mean that collectively, the members will play the comp on the same level, as randomly selected by WGT ?

Any help here would be appreciated.

    Cheers

All club comps are played to a players tier regarding tee.   Random is related to wind and green speeds.

I don't think you can have random greens speeds. That has to be fixed for the duration of the competition.

    Yes you can.

IMO green speed and wind speed are set up uniformly for all players. You can check the conditions once the tournament is released, e.g. in the game client. "Random" only means that it's the system not the host to chose.

BTW: In one set of wind speed, the wind direction and mph value at a given hole may vary between the players.
