    Hi,

First off, I'd like to thank 'live-gamer' for the huge amount of credits that they allowed my to 'accrue' over the weekend. It allowed me to  purchase ANYTHING I want in the WGT pro-shop.

I can also get the R-11's when I level up which I'm REALLY close to level 90.

I decided in the mean time for the G-20 grandpa meter clubs & they will do until I get the R-11's. It was tough to decide whether to get the Burner 2.0's or the G-20's but, I figured I'd give the slow meter a try since,,I suck lol. I still will get the 2.0's just to have them because they rock so much.

I have never been able to afford a Cleveland wedge at my level. Now I have  them ALL! And ,quite frankley, that's one BIG reason I got into wgt, I wanted to SPIN the F out of the ball.

Well, looks like my wish came true in spades. These Cleveland wedges are a totally diff. animal. I spun it off the green a couple times playin the St.andy special tourney & I didn't even apply spin & it spun into the swilkin bern lmao.

I don't even want to buy any putter because all of them that I rented,,I just can't hit short putts,,I don't know why I can't train myself to hit it hard enough,,lol.

And to have all  of these balls now,,wow. I never thought that I'd have 50 diff. Nike,,Callaway Srixon ect in my bag. I think I'm in love with this NIke ball, I've never only had a few(Nike balls) here and there because of my paltry budget.

I've never gotten the chance to rent the R-11 and I just am not thrilled with these G-20 slow meter speed clubs, they don't seem as fun, maybe I'm just trippin idk lol.

Are the level 90 R-11's the top notch clubs at WGT? I does not matter because I am going to purchase them anyhow lol. I'm open to any thoughts about any of my new toys that 'live -gamer' allowed me to buy. It's made the game about 100% more fun for me.

I think I will wait until level 92 if I'm gonna buy any of those glamour putters. I tried the top level Ghost(for my level 84?) and I thought that it was the best of the 10 meter putters.

No smart azzed comments allowed lol. Nah I don't give shyt fire away.

Thanks for the thought & have a good game.

    Jeff

The R11's are pretty special. They're evenly spaced and you get more spin than other clubs, including the woods. They improved my game a lot.

I used to have that same problem until I read a tip from Dianne81 here. She said to not aim outside the cup and hit the ball harder instead of trying to "curl" it in. You have to not be afraid of the 2-3 foot return if you miss. The best part is that it really solves a lot of problems with the little ones. Sometimes it just doesn't "feel" right but you have to trust the method-it really helps.

YJ she also taught me how to putt. I used to struggle with those short downhill breakers. Not taking ball out of the cup and ramming it in with 150-200% power all but cured missing them inside of 4ft.     That was great advice.  When her putter is on, she has as good a feel with it as anyone in the game.

R11's are the best clubs in the game. Surprisingly forgiving on missed ding shots and will stop the ball on dime.
