I often play matchplay rounds on wgt with some of my real, tangible friends, not virtual friends. We often discuss the games later in person and we reminisce about the dirty lie we had in the rough or the disgusting thirty foot putt with a huge break.

My suggestion is that when you're setting up a matchplay (or stroke play) round, you have the option to play in "friend view." Now this "friend view" would allow you to see your opponent's screen just as you would see it if you were swinging. You can see their lie, their trajectory, their break, and swing speed. Now obviously this is a huge disadvantage if you're playing a real competitive game for credits or something. But for two old pals going at it, it could be fun to see how your friend doesn't aim quite to the left enough on that break, or doesn't account for the wind enough on the approach shot.

    x 2

Great way to learn more from your pals or laugh at/with them on deviations etc.

Would be great to have all these things in a replay too, especially the meter, wind etc.

    Hi guys,

As of now this is not something we're looking into due to the fact that it would require a total re-write of multiplayer code (things just weren't setup to accommodate this right now).  We may come back around to more features like this later, but it would likely be a while before we'll be in a position to consider it.

Thank you for the suggestions though. =)
