I have TRIED to play in 3 groups today, and all 3 time everybody disconnected because they were not playing well or had one bad hole. I would like to suggest a penalty for WGT. If you disconnect from a group game you are blocked from participating in any other group for 7 days. You can play alone but are not to play with others.

You dont really know if they disconned because of poor score. Anything might have happened.

However, chose 'master & above'  when you create your group game. Usually tiers under tour pro are notorious for quitting for low scores. They dont know a low score doesn't harm their avge yet.

In all my time on here I've never known anyone quit while they are winning. Joining a good country club is a good idea too.

Assuming of course they intentionaly 'quit' , i have often been well under par or doing well  and had a net glitch or something.

In others eyes, is that also 'quitting' ?

I have resumed the game on some of these occassions and played alone to keep the score.

I am quite fortunate in not having system? dis-connects.  When WGT ends a game due to unexpected difficulties everyone would be aware of this.  What I try to do is notate the players user name, and the game so I can let them know after a dis-connect, what happened, and try to set up a new round.  Works real well.  my nickle.
