  Happened to me as well dd.......23 days, alot of nasty posts on these forums by myself, and finally had my $26.95 returned. When 1st reported, I was told it was my bank's fault, then the blame switched to pay-pal, then after sending my bank/pay-pal records to WGT, it was insinuated that this was somehow my own fault.

  Turns out they had no explanation for this...........but keep yelling and you'll be heard  -  eventually.

  Best of luck with this, as there surely is a problem.

  cold you tell me why i am unable to enter any tournaments, i am bing asked to provide a country of residence which i have already done as i have been a member since feb 2012
