Im bouncing through the forums needing advice on wedges.Question, What are the degree angles of the starter sand and lob wedges that come with the game? I notice that they only show yardage but not angle degree. This makes it hard to compare with other clubs. Im trying to get the right clubs for replacing these and i dont want duplicate clubs in my bag., when going for chip or pitch shots. Advice is greatly appreciated. Seeeeee Yaaaaaa.

    YankeeJim:

These charts might help. Ideal is when you have even, as short as possible, gaps between your wedges. This will depend on how many of the 5 shots you use with each wedge (full, pitch, chip, punch and flop.)

Looking at your profile, I see that you have the Z-satins, which IMO, are very good wedges (I used them from as soon as I could get them all the way to level 85) which should serve you well. I would suggest however that you start using better balls than the Starter balls, whose only advantage is that they are free.  The Srixons are a good ball and will probably help your game improve, since you will get a little more distance and MUCH better control.

    Best of luck to ya.
