Well if he got into Canada, then we know he will never be found. A certain Canadian officer, who will be known as "Agent Sally", is hot on his trail. First, Agent Sally has to check with Inspector Jacques Clouseau as to the proper procedure for beginning an investigation - which will occur after Clouseau gets to Agent Sally's hotel.
Of course, Clouseau has to find Canada first...........
