  What software do you use to capture them?

  I use Snagit by techsmith...All it is is a screen recording program that is super easy to use...Then to edit them I use Cyberlink Power Director 10 (a lot of features u dont need for these vids) and then I just upload them...The whole process for a 1-2 min tutorial takes 10-15 mins depending how many tries it takes to hit the ding and how much I play around with the video...
