  maybe you can add in a part where u can hit a bucket of balls test your clubs and a green to work on your putting.

  You have plenty of that on every course. Hit the ball back and forth or just move forward.

  9 hits on a Par 3, 10 on a Par 4, 11 on a Par 5, then to the next one.

  Leave the game before the last putt to avoid it being scored or set up a practice game of 3, 9 or 18 holes.

  There's only two forms of practice around - Practice rounds and practice holes.  

   

  The former is easy to find, the latter can be done by going to WGT Community and courses.  If you click on a course it gives you the option to play any hole.  Only glitch is you'll be off the hack tees and have no control on wind.  

  Now if it was possible to change settings so that you could control wind,  tee position etc and if you had unlimited mulligans then Bingo you've got a ready made practice range.
