Long ago, in the days of Sega Genesis, they displayed a fairly accurate version of TPC Sawgrass in Jacksonville Florida, where the "5th" major is played. The course has every kind of challenge that WGT should love, and plenty of water - most famously, the 17th hole Island green.
WGT doesn't even have to worry about the abundance of rain!
But if WGT does expand to TPC Sawgrass, I would hope they don't mis-apply the lateral water hazard rule (in their favor) and charge stroke and distance, like they do at Congressional 18.
Where the ball last crossed the margin, it may be placed within two club lengths, not nearer the hole from the point at which it last crossed that lateral hazard margin.
WGT (of course) should charge exactly two club lengths from nearest point of relief - it's bad enough they get to confiscate 300 credit calloways or 450 credit nikes for splashdowns.
Water hazards were NEVER designed to be the same penalty as lost balls!
