    Do not play skins. I won 7 skins worth 840 credits and did not receive credits. E mailed WGT 3 times and sent messages to others who work for wgt and no credits nor any answer from them as to why. This is getting crazy, so I will not be participating or donating until I get further answers. Thank you WGT for your great customer service. THIEVES.....

    Time frame? When was the game played? When were the emails sent? Did you give them a reasonable amount of time before you came to the forums to call them thieves?Did you give them any time to actually confirm details and determine what the problem is? Any time to see where the problem is and solve it before they have a thousand of your issue backed up in line? 

    Details, please, if you're going to make accusations. Otherwise your accusations are not believable.

    serious dude?, cmon they have the time frame because they received my email about an hour after the game.. 2 weeks ago if you have to know then.. i messaged icon 3 times now also , got 1 response from him saying he would talk to them. just giving a warning to other players, dont care if you believe me neither how about that because from the sound of you , you are just another PINK PANTHER. I have been on this sight for years now and never have made an issue out of anything so you can look into my background too while your at it..lol... NERD.. Plus from the look of your profile, you couldnt hold the jocks of many players on here so who are you to question anyone, poof be gone. IDIOT

    Nice rant. Perhaps sometime you might try a rational discussion.

    How well one plays a game has nothing at all to do with the problem. As for your being on the site for years, I've been here two years longer than you, but again, that has no bearing on what the problem is or the solution. Why you feel the need to belittle someone else's profile rather than discuss the issue speaks volumes about you.

    What I read all too often in these forums are accusatory rants like your OP that are somewhat unreasonable when the details come out. A good example is the thread about "quitting for good" where the OP was ranting after such a short time frame that WGT could not possibly have reacted before he went off on them in the forums.

    Back to the time frame. Yes, THEY have the time frame but anyone reading your OP didn't. It's a matter of credibility. If it's been two weeks then yes, WGT should have done something about it by now. You do have a right to be somewhat angry about it. It does sound like you were just getting lip service. From a customer service standpoint you should be getting regular communications from WGT until the issue is resolved.

    Considering you have been in touch with me since it happened and I have been replying to you as soon as I saw the message, I don't think this is fair nor nessesary.
