Nice rant. Perhaps sometime you might try a rational discussion.
How well one plays a game has nothing at all to do with the problem. As for your being on the site for years, I've been here two years longer than you, but again, that has no bearing on what the problem is or the solution. Why you feel the need to belittle someone else's profile rather than discuss the issue speaks volumes about you.
What I read all too often in these forums are accusatory rants like your OP that are somewhat unreasonable when the details come out. A good example is the thread about "quitting for good" where the OP was ranting after such a short time frame that WGT could not possibly have reacted before he went off on them in the forums.
Back to the time frame. Yes, THEY have the time frame but anyone reading your OP didn't. It's a matter of credibility. If it's been two weeks then yes, WGT should have done something about it by now. You do have a right to be somewhat angry about it. It does sound like you were just getting lip service. From a customer service standpoint you should be getting regular communications from WGT until the issue is resolved.
