  hello all plz can anyone tell me why??? since last week the amount of credits you receive when you use your mobile phone to  add them in the uk has dropped from 2000+ for £10, and is now just over 1000 for £10, this is shocking they have been cut in half for some reason. please help thanks

  i have checked here and lots of ppl have had the same problem, it is now saying you have rectified the error, will i be reimbursed for the 1000 credits less i did not receive the time that i topped up during this error, thanks

  1,158 cr

   and now 2130 for same £10 and was receiving 2137 2 weeks ago, please credit  my account with the credits that have not been received during the error, wgt have admitted to in other threads  that it was an error, thank you.

  Hello all you patient people across the pond!

  Good news! We have diligently worked, as promised, to correct this error and as of about 15 mins ago, it has been resolved. You will now be able to correctly convert your pounds in to credits.

  Sorry about all the confusion, and thanks again for being patient while we worked this out!

  Yes, WT, you can purchase credits now :)
