Wouldn't it make more sense to want a med/high trajectory over a high trajectory?  With a high trajectory, doesn't the driver stop faster?  Witha med/high, you could make all the dogleg holes and not have to worry about wind affecting your shot as much.  However, I was just thinking and wondering what all the experienced players thought and what their experiences showed.

I like high trajectory, with it you have the option to ride the wind for more distance.

Hitting into the wind a little top spin keeps it tame without losing a lot of distance.

Oh, well I have a med/high trajectory on my driver and it seems to lose 5-10 yds when going into a 13+ mph wind (with no b/s, dot on top of the ball).  I thought it would be worse on a high trajectory driver but I guess it depends on the quality (level) of the club.

You'll definitely lose distance into the wind with even the best driver, 5-10 yards would be expected...experiment with just nudging the dot up a bit at a time (into the wind) and find a sweet spot for your club and balls used.

i'm using RBallz driver for now, Med Trajectory .. some nice roll out on the fairways with that traj .. but i often turn it into a med/high traj just my adding lotsa backspin .. riding the wind like MB said .. or clearing a fairway bunker & landing soft to avoid a visit to the rough on the the opposite of the fairway .. BP comes to mind ..

i prefer high trajectory though, more options for sailing the trees and precision driving IMO
