I think you just go to "community" then "country clubs" and create one.
Pretty sure you cannot be in one and create one at the same time.

Don't think you can create a country club as a hack. You may have to move up to Amatuer before being able to create your own.
Perhaps actually playing your first ranked round would be a higher priority?
That's the truth Bogey... been there done that... much more enjoyable as a CC member as opposed to an owner... IMHO
