Be fair you say you will look into complaints but there seems no response.

I've reported one player who was running a quit/freeze scam on match play challenges:

He was scooping winnings from people thinking game was faulty and logging out and defaulting (without realising it).  By checking his history I found 4 other players who he'd fleeced in this way.

Reported it to WGT who were very nice and refunded my credits, but never replied about whether the culprit was banned or warned (I was hoping he would be).

Mind you maybe they took the attitude that any action against the player was private and between WGT and him/her and this may explain why they didn't let me know the outcome; which is fine.

Equally it may be a workload issue; again I can understand that.  Either way there may be good honest reasons why you've not heard back.

Public flogging should be brought back!  Or even public stoning.  I'm off to B&Q to buy a bag of large-ish stones; let me know when the first one is.

Fine. The masses demand the gallows. And quartering.
