    I'm using google chrome, running Windows. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    When a pop up is blocked a small box will appear at the top right hand corner of the screen and you can choose to turn off the blocker for this site.

    However I'm fairly sure that if you delete you cache then it will forget that you have the blocker turned off for this site and you will need to turn it off again.

    There seems to be a problem with this sign popping up. I don't think it's a PC problem.
