What sites are out there that help you download and create a URL for photos? The main one most people use on here (forget the name) I know I cant get into through my firewall, any others out there?

A firewall is supposed to protect you from the outside, not the reverse. TinyPics is the one I see a lot mentioned here but I use Image Shack.

All you need is a Windows Live account (hotmail, MCP, etc.).
