completely different format and it wont let me play , as there is no " play now " button ???

Sounds like a Flash issue. I'm sure someone more qualified than me can give you suggestions.
Clear your browser cache...I've had that a few times.
its only Chrome , opened IE and played ...
wish i could take a screen pic ya really need see what i'm talking about ..
all better but still no clue as to what happened ...
