Select An Appropriate Putter

  i have a 31 foot putt 1 inch downhill on the 9th hole i'm givin a 60 foot putter, wouldn't the 30 foot putter be ideal in this situation ?

  Again, i would like to ask they we are are given the ability to select the 30ft, 60ft or 150ft putter!   TY
