Can we please remove/disable the button if the number of members + the number of pending invites is 15, or if the "Recruit New Members" option is turned off. I am getting inundated with e-mails and I don't like sending decline notices.... not to mention that it's quite a pain right now to turn everybody down because there is no direct link.
