  why when My play in the tournament "Wk 30 Free Multiround Open Cabo DEL SOL" My credit is reduced 80C, when the tournament is free ..

  My history This transaction:

  Green Fee for Cabo 7:23:12 DEL SOL: 40 Credits GreenFee -40 cr

  Why is this?

  hi

  does it ask u to pay fee when you enter it? the free weekly multiround tournament likely refers to entree fee not green fee.

  Huh?  Since when does "free"= entry fee?   Whether it means one or the other, he still should not have been charged anything.  There is no entry or greens fee involved, I played it, no credits taken, Nor should they have been.

  Just happened to me also. I played yesterday FREE, and today I clicked on practice, I was shown a window that shows Credit 107--fee 0- ballance 107, then a screen told me to contact customer service and then when I went to my profile page my ballanceis now 67 and I didn'teven to play my practice round??

  I would like WGT to credit my account the 40 they just took without be even being able to play.

  It looks like you played the wk30 free tournament and then you played cabo separately and did not finish the rounds.

  There must have been some confusion.  This being said I have refunded you the fees.

  FWIW, entering the Wk30 free multiround tournament I was charged 0 (zero) crs tournament entry fee but no green fee for Cabo. I was immediately directed to the "Tee Off" screen. There also was no screen asking for confirmation of any payment.

  The Wk 28 single play 9 hole tourney was at Cabo, too - no payment due to that tourney.
