I am at a stage that if i dont improve soon I think Iam gonna  lose interest in this game.  All help will be much appreciated.

    Hi

break is the hardest. there are no real tricks to it, just keeping notes and practice.

    few things though:

if putt is downhill break will be more than it shows

    if it's uphill, then less.

i dont think theres any secret formula when comes to putting, but i think having a rwally good memory is a big factor in becoming a good putter in this game..the more you play the more you'l visualize putts rolling in..also if front view and reverse view are giving w differ reads then the "chip" view can be a gd solution to this problem

few things you might or might not know, this is the way I putt in golf games.

-Always try and putt from the reverse view.

-Get your chipping club out and move the aiming marker along the length of the putt to the hole to see if there are any hidden breaks.  You'll be amazed what can happen to the ball inbetween each grid box.

-Always try and hit the putt a little harder, try to take the break out more.

-Picture the putt in your head.  Break the putt up in sections, think of the path the ball will take in your head to the hole.  If you can't mentally see it dropping, it's more than likely not lined up right.

Putts that have a break right where the ball is sitting, play more than you think, allow for a little bit extra break.
