hi i'm new to this game and seriously struggling with hitting the mark on meter, now i've brought balls and new putter that claimed to slow it down, but hasnt,
any tips peeps
The WGT G12S ball will slow the meter. The Spider is advertised as slow but isn't, really. It'll be a while, but when you can get it, the Nike Method is the way to go.
BTW, lose that EZ Swing driver.

Look at the arrow at the bottom of the specs for the clubs. The more left it is, the slower the meter.

Just did a quick review of your CC. There are some very impressive folk there. I hope they have forum threads that are helpful. There is certainly valuable knowledge to be had.
For a start, the Starter "Plus" clubs have a slow meter at only 99 crs for the whole set. That may be more economic than to shoot custom balls all over the place.
