How about for the people that quit a game and not trying to recover for the mistake and leaving because they made a crappy shot? Have them loose points off ther game score. Say for example they had A score of 71.52 and they quit so now they have a score of 72.52 if they quit b-4 the 8th hole, I can see people quitting on the 9th as they were trying to recover. Let me know what you all think abought this.

This is a good idea in theory, but you would be punishing people for having slighty unreliable internet connections.

It could work if you were allowed to continue the game (which you currently can) and then only take the hit if you actively choose to forfeit.

pfpj, that idea has been suggested literally one thousand times and will never be implemented.

The quitters issue has already been solved. Don't play random multi-player rounds. Play multi-player golf with your friends who won't quit. And join the Ladders or Golfseekers. Use the search box to the right to get started in these non-quitting leagues.

    Good luck.

... and you forgot to add:  Match Play or Match Play Challenge.  If your opponent quits there you win... though you were probably going to win anyway.  :)

Quitters don't bother me. It's those dang QUITERS that sneak up silently that give me the Yips.

    2. Read this....

    Peace.
