i just popped a 404 yrd drive 3rd hole st andys through green and it didnt show up in my stats,any ideas on how i go about sorting this

Furtheron, must be ranked strokeplay, not practice or any match.
I do same, the vid are on mine profile. They say to me what is above that it must have to be on fairway and not in practice.
