I've never yet gotten the full credit amount for a survey even when I do manage to get all the way through, which is not often. Sometimes it lets me have 5 credits for no apparent reason.
On a related note, why display the "activities" more than once if it's just going to say that you've already completed the activity and won't get any more credits? Only the McDonald's one can be done multiple times, as far as I can tell.
