might have been the fringe,a lot of times they look like part of the greens

2 percent rough i have never seen on wgt
bali hai ctth/blitz you get a couple 2/5% rough lies, though it plays more like 20/25%
*edit* I'm guessing that is the course he's talking about, just went to check and hole 3 is 168 downhill from 2/5%
