I sent an invite to a player who requested membership, but he says he cannot find it in his email. I tried again, but of course there already is that pending invite, so I can't send it again. What to do?

After posting, I found the way to contact WGT about it, so never mind!

Yup. They said they couldn't find the accepted invitation in their inbox.

Your friend might need to check his or her spam/junk folders and/or add an exception to receive emails from members@worldgolftour.com. Also, it's a good idea to have them check their account information on WGT and make sure their email contains no typos.
