  we have in our country club a 2round tournament and i can't enter the 2nd round; is there a special way to get to that round? no cut in round 1 and i would like to play round 2 as well.

  That's a weird one Peter . . . you played in the 1st round in a 2 round tourny with no cut and can't play the 2nd? Not a clue : /

  are you sure it's time to play the 2nd round? Many of the CC tourneys 2nd round of a 2 round tourney is 2 or 3 days after the first round not the next day.

  Look what the game client says about that tourney: Click Tournaments => CC tourneys => <tournament name>.

  Details are in "my profile" => <your Country Club's name> => tournaments => <tournament name>

  Be sure to open the details below the tournament - it shows the exact dates & times in local CC time.
