Perhaps 80 percent of the time, whist playing WGG l have obviously noticed  it shits itself !!!!

(((((so frustrating)))) .Recently l was playing in a competition and the system failed three times in the space of approximately 45 minutes. So l reopened the page and logged in each time, consequently after the third log in l was disqualified by the WGG....

This is such awersome on line golf game!!,however l find the system and server very problematic...endeavoring your best only to be denied by tech problems.Blah computers and all their complicated simplicity...MIstermatt

I don't think its server issues. Never seen too many posts about the actual server  not working,  game synch in multi player games now thats a different story and has nothing to do with the server directly.

I've seen a good few posts from Australians complaining about there download speeds. I'd start by testing that.

I have sent posts to WGT and cant get a proper response.

    Hello,

I played 9 hole RTG yesterday and finished (as also shown on my profile). Today I started WGT to play and it said that I had forfeited the game as I did not finish the game. I need a proper explaination to this as in no circumstances will I accept that I have forfeited the game. It seems you are now forcing me to stop playing at WGT. I hope you will have courtesy to reply to this e mail and put up my % average . I have previously send you an e mail where the same thing happened when I started to play yesterday where you said I had forfeted the game when i had finished the round at Kiawah on 4/9/11.

    Awaiting your prompt attention

    > I apologize for any confusion regarding the new disconnect percentage feature. If you have noticed that your percentage is at 90% and you are wondering why, the reason is that when this feature was enabled everyone was given a rating of 90%. Once you complete some games, either by finishing them or leaving/disconnecting, your percentage will average. Any time a player disconnects 3 times, forfeits in a game (at any point in any game) or does not return to the lobby in 5 mins it is counted as a disconnect
    >
    > Another important piece of information to keep in mind is that the percentage displayed is an aggregation of your last 30 matches completed. At first, if you post a couple of games in a row that are recorded as a leave or disconnect, then it will take a while before those records are pushed out of your latest 30 games. After a while, even though your percentage may be affected by other people leaving or disconnecting, your percentage will be much better than theirs.

    HI

can you provide me a few more details? I think i am a little confused.

are you talking about finishing a normal stroke play or normal ready go round or a normal multiplayer round?

Me too. I keep sending the reports to WGT that you can do with the right mouse button giving the time and details but it has been happening more and more. I am in northern Indiana and it happens on match rounds. I am tired of losing because the game hangs mid-stroke. It is not my internet connection because I can connect with the browser and surf with no problem. What is going on? Like I said this is occurring with increasing regularity. I have the same frustrations as the above player. I have never been contacted so all I can assume is that WGT does not need any additional information from me and they know that the problem is occurring. I really enjoy playing but my frustration is mounting. Please address this situation. I just got kicked off of Kiawah front 9 match play with Naonaojpn from Japan (12:01 pm EST) on the 9th hole of a nine hole match.
