I got traped in one of the bunkers front edge and no matter what club or how much undercut I put on I could not get out. The problem with the game is that you cannot play backwards or sideways. Putting too much side action to the ball only stuffs the shot.  Is there a trick to getting out or do you do what I did and forfiet the game!!!

I go out backwards or sideways all the time. Just move your curser on the overhead where you want to aim your ball.

    Quoted for Truth.

Often times at St. Andrews [in real life], you'll have to play out backwards because the height difference in the bunker's height and your current position is too high to get out.
