OneBogey11:i dont understand why if wgt loses your connection 3 times it forfiets your game..was playing a paid course haveing a great time and because wgt lost connection 3 times i was made to forfiet .

Why? My guess is, to protect the other players from overly long waiting times.
Money back? Don't hold your breath unless you can prove an error on WGT's side - it may as well be an error outside their responsibility.
Good round? My commiserations, sh**t happens. I 4 1 play my best rounds in single play with less danger of interruption.
