  When tourney cut-off shuts you out on your last shot---is a load of CRUD! If you start before the deadline you should be able to complete the round.  Period!

  Rules are different: You must complete b4 deadline. Otherwise, a player might block a whole tourney starting it in time, saving it and never returning.

  Sometimes there seems to be a note on the game client "... hours to go..."

  BTW: The program checks the time only after the last shot - no notice in between.
