A player should be penalized a stroke whenever they let the timer run out...period!

I had an opponent let time expire 3 times on 3 different holes and all he got were warnings!

Can we please start penalizing the repeat offenders of expired timers and multiple disconnects who slow down games, inconvenience other players and most importantly....win holes and games they have no business of winning because they only got warnings instead of the stroke penalties they SHOULD be getting!

Warnings are ineffective, meaningless, and punish the players who do the right thing more than the culprits slowing down the game.

As far as I'm aware it's 1st time warning, 2nd time stroke penalty, 3rd time concede hole. It might be different in stroke play but that is definitely over the whole round and not per hole.
