I marked never on emails, but my email box is now full of every message in this forum since i enrolled. how do i stop it and how do i get rid of it? I'm ready to quit the whole thing.

when you make a reply, there is a check box at the bottom where you can check or not whether to receive replies.
to stop those, you have to go back to each thread, click edit and uncheck that box.
