  Just played a matchplay game was 2 up through 6 or 7 and the person i was playing did something so that the game just froze at my shot so i quit the game after about 10 minutes and logged back in to find out i lost the game and 300 credits... ***

  No one your are playing is able to freeze your screen......I've had a couple of screen freezes today myself but was able to come back in right away... If you waited 10 min then you timed out and forfeited the game giving the win to your opponent I imagine.

  You can't blame the other player for the frozen screen - this does happen from time to time.

  If you wait 10 mimutes yes you will have timed out - if it happens to me I close the window and then press play - it should take you back into the game (unless its stroke or blitz) provided the 5 minutes isnt up. Occasionally I have to close WTG and go back in.
