  it sure would help newbies (like myself) if there was some kind of driving range. It's incredibly frustrating trying to learn club lengths, etc. in this game,, trial and error is no fun in an 18 hole round or closest-to-the-hole.

  That being said, I think WGT is incredible and will keep playing :).

  Just an idea.

  driving range will not help there. each club has rated distance, but whats key is wind, elevation, and other elements that are unique to each hole/course, hence why practice mode is a much more useful tool to use :)

  Hi there, welcome to the forums.   What Icon said was very true.  For future reference,  there is a search box on the right hand side that you can use to find many helpful tips, and you can also see how many times different ideas have been suggested before giving any.

  Driving range would help as it would allow you to practice your timing on the bar. also why are the greens like concrete?
