  Hi guys, 

  My buddy just bought 40,000 credits, trying to buy 400 credits. He isn't too savvy on the forums etc. so I volunteered to post this for him. I need a mod to contact me immediately. As he obviously cannot afford $400 in credits, it was a total accident and he needs it to be credited back as it immediately came out of his bank account and took him negative. Please respond via message for his screen name. I will also contact some mods directly.

  Hi Samuel,

  That's certainly a typo of epic proportions.  Your friend will need to send an email to our customer service at members@worldgolftour.com and I'm sure they'll be able to get that straightened out for him.

  Thanks, he's emailing as we speak. I think the waf of him playing this game just went down tremendously (wife approval factor).

  Though I question the $400 that would have been viewable on the Credit Purchase screen.

  We have been contacted by wgt, and to clarify he was simply distracted and entered 400 into the dollar column instead of the credit column (I thought he had typoed 40,000 instead of 400 which is hard to believe, typing 400 in the wrong column isn't). I have not purchased credits (yet) but if there isn't a "yes/no" confirmation screen after you click the "purchase" button I suggest this be added. Thank you to the WGT staff who contacted us on a holiday weekend. Great game, and great support.
