    Maybe try going through the Get Credits heading at the top of the page instead. Seems to work better for me.

    will see what company think about our pains. we can imagine some gift credits for holidays. that will be great positive move.

    While we are on the topic of surveys. In the past 3 days I have successfuly completed 3 different surveys & haven't received any credits. 1 survey was worth over 300 credit & completed another worth 198 & another worth 168. 11/2 hours & almost 700 credits later still no credits. Yes, I completed all surveys. At the very end it says "thanks for completing the survey you may now close the window."  This gets really frustrating!! Some of the surveys takes over 40 min. Just to get no reward for it. I haven't had any real issues in the past, but here in the last few days its been terrible. What can I do about this anyone?? Icon??                  

    I do enjoy the game, though. Thanks WGT!! :)

    Have you tried "Didn't receive credits? Click "Support" ?

    Once  you click it opens a new window with offers you have and have not completed.

    Find the last ones you haven't received credits for and click on contact support and answer the questions. Has worked for me lately.
