Im sure I am not the first person to mention this, but a great introduction could be, 'the ability to trade a player' for example, exchange your older unwanted balls for credits, or, exchange for a friends driver who seeks more then the shop buy-back price..

I think this could be a great innovative additive to the game

Old balls are a problem when you have heaps of odds rattling around - I am getting too old to carry around the additional weight in my bag.

Rumor has it, that you have been scuba diving in the lake on the 17th at Kiawah, hence your need to offload these :)

That said, it won't happen, as this cuts into WGT Equipment sales revenue even if they took a higher cut than the buy back rate, they would lose out on the sale of a new driver etc.

And for the record Andrew - you can't call me a sandbagger either lol

I use my old balls for CTTH, except for the ones where the score is what counts. For the ones that have drawings instead I just use one of my old ones that I don't use for stroke play.

yes, I understand there are situations you can 'use them up' but thats not really the point, the point is that you may not want a certain ball, but that ball is exactly what someone wants.. so to have the ability to trade them would be a huge asset to all players.

I understand this will reduce WGT's sales and I think that is the main detrimental factor involving the issue
