in your editor, there is a insert media icon on top (looks like a movie reel)
then you adjust size I think and it should work.

How do i get the media URL?
I know how to do it with pictures but not with video.
I managed to figure it out thanks for the help.
im able to see the addresse of my music video from utube url i mean but i cant see the picture of my video..when i click on the adresse i can see my video but i cant see the foto of my video in my blog
