Can we please have a timer for multiround games.

I played a multiround game in our CC today. Heading for a good score I was on the last hole and wanted to play the last putt when the message came up that this round was not ended in time. This is very annoying as there is no chance to see how long a round can be played. All you can see is how long the whole tournament lasts. It would be very nice to see if it makes sense to start the round or just waste your balls and nerves.

The ending time for CC tourneys is listed in the drop down box.  Also you may want to check with the CC club owner to find out what time zone your CC tourneys are in.

There is an arrow pointing down at the center of the bottom of every tournament listed on your CC Tournament page that opens a drop down box. In that is all of the necessary information for that tourney including the start/end dates as well as the ending time.

Unfortunately many of us have tried to squeeze a round in to finish in time and haven't made it. Especially now with the multi rounds. Last time I was on the fourth round of a CC major and was on the 18th getting ready to putt when one ended because I thought I could squeeze it in. Oh well, that's my fault not wgt's I knew when it was going to end before I started it.

The remaining time is also visible in the game client, counting backwards - select the tourney in the CC tourney section.

FWIW, the "expired" message always comes on the last putt because WGT only then checks the timing.

Thx guys for the tips. I never used the arrow on bottom of the tournaments.

The problem is I never look that up before starting a round. In the game client I can see the timer, but it is for the whole tournament, not for a single round. Am i missing something Alosso?

No, that's it. Alas, knowledge or an educated guess usually points to the time left for a round. Otherways, if it's x days plus less than an hour, you might want to look in the list on your CC's page.

Thx again for your feedback, I think that will help me next time.

Well it hasn't helped me, got caught again. That was my last multiround game until we will see a timer!
